UK street and fine artist, Phlegm (fun writing that name, we have to admit), was just the subject of a short video shot by Andy Skillen, just following the artist has he completes a few street pieces we can only assume in the UK.
He has also just had an exhibition with ROA and ROBOTS at an abandoned warehouse in london
