Notes imbibed from todays Art Seminar:
- That I need to take longer to fully lose myself in painting, the suggestion being a 10 Hour Day. That way I can fully hope to knock down as many barriers of conscious thought when it comes to what i am doing and purely paint from the bottom of my soul. Delving deeper into the unknown and using that primal 'will' which Schopenhauer talks about as an Artistic force.

- Experiment more outside of painting, cutting, framing, engaging with the Artwork etc. Seeing what comes out of that, as there is a fear of ruining what I have created which stops me from doing it.
